Can I make online payments?
A) Of course you can. Astro
Journey has tied up with CCNow(Delaware)
and Tradenable/I-escrow (California)
to make payments easy for you.

Q2) Can I examine the products
before I make the payments?
A) Yes, you can! This condition
only applies to Rudraksha and
not astrological reports. If
you want to examine the beads
you should e-mail us specifying
the beads that you want. We
will send you a secure link
by e-mail. The link will take
you to the Tradenable secure
site. You will make the payment
and Tradenable will notify us.
We will send the products using
FedEx. A tracking number will
be provided to you. That way
we will know the exact time
the package is delivered to
you. From that time you will
have 48 hours i.e.2 days to
inspect the beads. If you decide
to keep the beads you will inform
Tradenable. Only after your
acceptance Tradenable will release
the funds to us. If you decide
in the negative, Tradenable
will refund your money and you
will ship the products to us.

software generated for accuracy.
The charts are analyzed by competent
astrologers before being sent
to you. All analysis and written
facts are done by our experts.

an electronic copy that I can

A) No. We cannot do that. All
your data is confidential and
all reports as described above
are done by Astrologers and
not computers. So once your
report is received by you, all
recorded data is deleted from
our systems permanently for
your privacy. We only keep 3
pieces of data i.e. (1) Date
of Birth (2) Place of Birth
(3) Time of Birth. If you have
noticed we always give you a
number when we send you the
astrological reports. In all
your further correspondence
with us you should quote the
number.

A) Yes, we can send the Gemstone

A) You should buy gemstone from
reputed dealers. Always insist
a certificate of originality and
also the record of the sale on

the Rudraksha beads are original?
A) Astro Journey is an non profit
research organization. The primary
motive of starting Astro Journey
was to guide individuals using
the principles of Vedic Astrology.
We felt that there were a maze
of sites on these subjects but
apparently they had very little
or non consequential subject matter.
If you have browsed through the
site carefully you will find that
the topics that create fear in
the minds of individuals and used
by charlatans to fleece money
are extensively dealt with and
their remedial measures are also
given. The Rudraksha section was
started on your demand. Astro
Journey(registered) is a dependable
name. Our experts select the most
potent and original beads for
you so you get the maximum value.Rudraksha
is dear to us We would also like
to draw your attention to one
site on Rudraksha that was promoted
by one of the Rudraksha Vendors
in America (with other country
sub domain name). They even had
a Rudraksha rating section where
the vendors site was placed number
one and beads collected from other
sites were given not so rave reviews.
But their plan fell through. The
Rudraksha experts all throughout
the world threatened legal action
and finally those people removed

The Ek-mukhi Rudraksha is a rare
bead. And whatever Ek-mukhi is
available is most of the time
cashew nut shape. 90% of the one
faced beads are cashew nut shaped.
Only some beads are round in shape.
We give them as we get them. Since
the demand is quite high(Indonesian
Round specifically), we have a
reservation list for it. If you

Q21) Can I buy 100 beads of different
facets from you?
A) No, you can't. The 100 in the
question is an imaginary figure.
We receive many mails asking for
large amount of Rudraksha beads
to be sent. As explained earlier
our beads are for individuals
and not for business houses. If
we give a large amount of beads
to you then what about OTHERS!

Q22) Can you provide me with Yantras?
A) Yes. We can provide you with
Yantras but only after understanding
your need for it. We do not sell
mere pieces of metal. We consecrate
the Yantras according to your
name. It is a complex procedure
and normally takes 41 days. Some
Yantras need 192 days to be consecrated.
Do not ask us for Yantras till
you need it absolutely.

Q23) Can you send me a Shri/Sri
Yantra?
A) Yes. Shri/Sri Yantra can be
sent to you within 10 business
days. It is a holy Yantra which
should be used by all for peace
and prosperity. Adi Guru Shankaracharya
wanted the Shri/Sri Yantra to
be established in every house.
We have consecrated copper Shri/Sri
Yantras. These can be ordered
from the services section itself.

for a Rudraksha report? >
A) It is not necessary except
in some extreme cases. Wear the
bead according to your desire
and power of the bead. Remember
Rudraksha does not follow the
laws of Planetary Gemology. If
you want the beads for a medical
condition then you are advised
to go for a Rudraksha report.

a donation? Is the donation tax-free?
A) We do not accept any donations
for monetary help. We appreciate
your feelings but if you really
want to help then donate money
on our behalf to an social service
organization's. Child relief and
care for the elderly are programs
that are very dear to us. If you
make a donation to such organizations
we will appreciate it. Yes your
